Obituary for Wayne A. Reddel

Wayne A. Reddel, 88, of Momence, IL, died on Saturday, July 20, 2019, at the Beecher Manor, in Beecher, IL. He was born on February 18, 1931, in Melrose Park, IL, the son of Walter C. and Alice Elzy Reddel. He married Shirley Hermann on October 22, 1955, in Momence, IL. She preceded him in death on May 25, 2017.

He is survived by many nieces and nephews. One brother-in-law and sister-in-law; John and Joanne Hermann of Momence, IL. He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers; Walter Reddel and Wilbur Reddel, and one sister; Beverly Weybright.

He was retired from Lang Distribution in Kankakee, IL, where he had worked for 28 years. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He was a member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church in Momence, IL and the Momence American Legion – Post 40.
