Obituary for D. Jean Zack

D. Jean Lambert-Zack, 87, of Momence, IL, died on Friday, July 26, 2019 at Amita St. Mary's Hospital Emergency Room in Kankakee, IL. She was born on April 15, 1932 in Momence, IL, the daughter of Harold and Bernadette Regnier Lambert. She is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law; Judy and Scott Lemenager of St. Anne, IL and Paula Fuchsen of Bourbonnais, IL and two grandchildren: Erin Fuchsen and Landon Lemenager. Also surviving are two brothers; Donald Lambert of Momence, IL, Robert Lambert of Cartersville, GA and one sister-in-law; Bonnie Lambert of Momence, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother; James Lambert. : She was a registered nurse and had been employed at Billings Hospital at the University of Chicago, Manteno Mental Health, St. Mary’s Hospital, Riverside Hospital and retired from the IL Veterans Home in Manteno, IL. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Momence, IL. She enjoyed reading and writing.
